  • If you have any concerns related to a medicine you are taking, or any questions about information you have seen on this website, you are advised to speak with a healthcare professional.
  • If you would like to report a side effect, you are advised to speak to a healthcare professional. Increasingly, patients are able to report suspected side effects through various methods, such as online patient reporting forms hosted by national medicines regulatory authorities and by telephone. See the list of national medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA for information on how to report a side effect.
  • The European Medicines Agency cannot accept reports from patients or carers on suspected side effects and is also unable to give individual medical advice.

I am a healthcare professional

  • If you have any concerns relating to the safety of a medicine, you are advised to contact your national medicines regulatory authority. See the list of national medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA.
  • The European Medicines Agency is unable to collect reports from healthcare professionals on suspected side effects and is also unable to give individual medical advice.
